Installed new Run-Tru by Trane 80k BTU Variable Speed, 2 Stage Furnace with 3 Ton AC & Coil. Custom return box with built in Media Filter, Emergency Drain Pan with Float Switch. New Gas C**k, Union, Outdoor Pad, Disconnect, Risers.

Took out 2 big kinks in the Lineset. Also customer could never cool 3rd floor of the condo with Vaulted ceiling. Customer has reported back with the first Heat wave and said the upstairs bedrooms have never been Cooler.

Will have a part time secretary starting at some point this week. This will b a major help for me behind the scenes helping with phone calls and texts and ordering parts, paperwork etc. So you may at some point get a call and or text back from someone other than me. I’m sure there may b a bump or 2 in the road that we will figure out, but just wanted to give you all a heads up and find a better way to serve you and for me to stay better organized.

Last weeks return didn’t turn out like it was supposed to. I have been down since Wednesday with Covid/Flu. I hope to return to work this Wednesday possibly. Thought I turned a corner Saturday but nope. Just wanted to keep you in the loop and hear it from me first.

I was cleared to return to work this week but will start slow and run calls on MWF of this week only and Estimates etc T, TH. I still have some slight weight restrictions but nothing I can’t do service wise. Good to be back.

Would also like to take this time to thank my old boss Paul and his wife Gerry and all his crew at AP Mathews for covering for me while I was out. Very much appreciated and helped ease a lot of stress.

Quick little update. Tomorrow will b 4 weeks post-op. Everything is going well. I should b cleared to come back to work around the March 1 timeframe. Thank you all for the messages, texts, calls, some have dropped off food.
Highly recommend Bryan Sullivan and his P.A. Frank Hepher. They performed my original fusion (C-5,6,7) 16 years ago and also performed this last procedure on my neck. Thank you all, for your continued support of HPK while im out and healing.

Customer came down with a cracked heat exchanger over the Holidays. Had to be shut down. Installed New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day and Familynis back up and heating with a Run-Tru by Trane 96% 80k BTU Furnace, 2-Stage, Variable Speed Motor, 3.5 ton AC and Coil 15.2 SEER2 454-B refrigerant. Installed new Run-Tru by Trane 96% 100k BTU 2-Stage, Variable speed Motor Furnace. 15.2 SEER2 4 Ton AC and Coil. Ran all new exhaust and Intake pipes from furnace room to outside. New Line-set for AC. Emergency Drain Pan w Float Switch. 4” Media Filter built into custom Duct. New Canvas connections, transition, return riser. Condensate pump installed for both AC and Condensing Furnace drain. New Gas c***s and unions for gas line. New disconnect, whip, pad, and 3” riser for AC.

We took out a Homeowner installed Gibson Furnace that had no fresh air intake and no louvered door on Furnace room. No gas c***s were installed and had to shut gas off from meter only. Fixed multiple electrical issues on the job as well. Be careful out there people.

Customer Is going to extend the Bulk Head to cover up new intake, exhaust, and line-set Options were limited.

Run-Tru by Trane 15.2 SEER2 3 ton Heat Pump, with Variable Speed Motor and 454-B refrigerant. New 50 foot Lineset run covered in (Hide A Line) down side of house. New Lined Return Box and insulated supply with Emergemcy Drain Pan and Float switch. All new Supply and Return taps. New Outdoor pad, Disconnect, Wire Whip, pump-ups.
