This is the second bathroom we remodeled for this fantastic client in Crofton. It was difficult to get a good photo of the shower but it has subway tile on the walls, small hexagons on the shower floor. This is an enclosed shower with a 24” door. 12x24 floor tile. 7’ double bowl vanity. Ship lap on a couple walls. Even had space for a 30” closet.

Our main man Chris installed a new entry door today. Client picked the paint color, Chris painted it. I love the color so I had to post it.

New bathroom and laundry room in a basement in Annapolis. Wavy subway tile, LifeProof vinyl floor, black hardware, butcher block folding table and shelves. There was not an existing bathroom so we added an ejector pit for waste water.

Happy first summer! Second spring will be here soon. Check out this hall bathroom. 2x12 subway tile on the walls, 12x24 on the floor. Ship lap and wainscoting adds some depth and character. Add a few lightbulbs and towel hooks on the wainscoting to complete the project.

Quick lil bathroom flip. New deep soaker tub. Wall tile is 12x24, the little tiles are integrated into larger tile. New vanity, top, faucet, exhaust fan, paint, and luxury vinyl floor.

We recently remodeled a 2nd bathroom for a repeat client. We repositioned the tub so we could access the space above the garage. We added a beam in the garage to support the floor and turned the space into a large walk in closet. Closet floor is luxury vinyl, the lights are recessed LED. The bathroom has wavy subway tile, 12x24 floor tile, and new fixtures. We also remodeled the stairs, hardwood in the hall, and new railings. Stairs are Mocha in color.

Waiting on the glass. So long bulkheads, hello new LED lights. Shiplap on the vanity wall. A freestanding soaker tub with a strategically placed television. Wavy subway tile with charcoal grout on the walls. 12x24 tile with random grout joints on the floor. Hexagon tile on a Kerdi pan shower floor. Two piece crown moulding.

I don’t post all the bathrooms we remodel as a lot of them can be pretty standard. This is one we recently completed. Very whimsical. I love it It’s not a total remodel, the floor, toilet, and outlets stayed as is. The wall tile is 10x10. Zoom in. Each tile is a scene from a fairy tale! We added a new tub, doors, and gold fixtures. New vanity, mirror and tall cabinet. We built a little shelf unit in the corner behind the door. This bathroom has some unique corners. That blue circle on the ceiling is natural light. Im not sure why it’s blue in the photo. Must be reflecting the wall color. 😬The homeowner installed that beautiful wallpaper scene.
