We're Hiring: Ready Mix Truck Drivers!

Join our team as a Ready Mix Truck Driver, where you'll play a key role in delivering concrete to both commercial and residential job sites. This position ensures safety and quality while supporting daily production.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain the ready mix truck safely and professionally.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Load the truck accurately and verify mix specifications.
- Transport concrete to job sites, following all traffic laws.
- Place concrete as specified by customers using proper techniques.
- Clean the mixer drum and truck in designated areas.
- Maintain accurate delivery records.
- Follow supervisor directions and support crew operations.

👤 Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 1-2 years of driving or equipment operation experience preferred.
- Valid Class A or B CDL and DOT Medical Card required.
- Must pass drug testing and physical assessments.
