A friend's wife asked if I could make a cutting board with her husband's cooking name and logo on it for Christmas. I've never used a CNC before nor done any type of engraving by hand. I reached out to another friend with a CNC but unfortunately he was extremely busy growing his woodworking business, BUT was kind enough to lend me his machine. I went to Dallas to spend time with my wife 6 days before Christmas and time was running out. I spent countless hours and created this beautiful masterpiece at 0300 Christmas morning. Then drove 3.5 hours back home just in time to play Santa at 0630. It was stressful no doubt, but I made a promise and came through. If you put in the time and the effort, greatness is inevitable. So to those of you who have my personal page on Facebook are aware that my wife is currently in the hospital due to minor complications with her pregnancy. She is 34 weeks pregnant on Monday with my beautiful baby girl and she has been diagnosed with preeclampsia. She is being induced on Monday. (My wife is absolutely, one of the strongest women I know.) I started this project weeks/months ago and worked on it on and off between work and other series of events. With the baby coming sooner than expected I had to put in a ton of overtime to perfect this creation for God's perfect creation he has bestowed upon us. Note to Blayke (My Daughter): I created this with hard work, diligence, patience and above all else Love for you! I love you so much already and I can not wait to meet you. See you soon baby girl, Love Daddy!

I know it's been a while but I have had quite a bit going on with a new baby girl on the way and now job and all the shenanigans but I'm proud to say I am in the works and close to final stages of a new project. Yall will see it as soon as it's complete. Can you guess what it might be?
