You LVP lovers out there are in luck!
Get ready for a deal that's almost as smooth as your favorite LVP flooring. For a limited time, labor costs for LVP flooring jobs will be a flat $3 per square foot (some exclusiosn do apply). You will have to schedule and we finish the job before January says see ya next year!
The math whizzes among you can calculate the cost, no brain twisters here!
This offer applies to simple jobs like large, open rooms with LVP. Take a 12x12 room, for instance, that's $432 in labor, plus the taxman fee.
I know, I know, the DIY crowd is itching to chime in, but remember, that price includes hauling away the old flooring, dump fees, and preserving your knees!!
More complex jobs, think stairs, tight spaces, subfloor leveling, lots of extra cutting, or dealing with uneven or damaged floors, that'll be $1-$3+ more per square foot. And if you've got glued-down flooring, well, let's just say you'll be hitting the pockets alittle more but we won’t make you cry.
Oh, and moving heavy furniture and installing new trim? Going to cost a little more but if you are real nice we will cut that down some.
