David Wagoner: Insights
Growing up, my step-father was a second generation painting contractor who prided himself on quality work and treating customers the right way.
At the age of 16, I went to work for him and although I knew he was a good man and a good painter, I had little else to compare his lessons to. As I got older I became more aware how his commitment to customer service and quality work set him apart. Lessons such as 'do the job right the first time' and 'treat every customer as if your business depended on them' are things that have stuck with me.
I now work with that same commitment, to provide homeowners and business owners with peace of mind that their home or business is just as important to me as it is to them.
