Ace It Services is offering safe, non‑emergency help only for residents preparing to evacuate or securing property outside active floodwater.

Some of our Available Tasks include:
• Bringing outdoor items inside
• Securing loose property
• Moving belongings to higher ground
• Loading vehicles before evacuation
• Light yard pickup in non‑flooded areas

We are not performing rescue, entering water, or emergency response.

For those who are struggling or unable to afford help right now, we can assist at no cost, as capacity allows — just mention it during intake.

Newaygo County Emergency Services has issued an immediate evacuation order for anyone living in the Muskegon River floodplain below the Croton Dam. Water levels continue rising, and conditions are expected to worsen through Friday and Saturday.

Evacuation Zone Includes

• All low‑lying areas below Croton Dam
• Riverfront homes along Croton Dr, River Rd, and the Hardy/Croton backwater edges
• Low‑elevation areas near Newaygo’s riverfront
• Downstream floodplain zones in Garfield Township and Bridgeton

Dr. Jerod Gardner, a local doctor in the Grant/Newaygo area, has publicly offered no‑cost medical evaluation and first‑aid support for anyone in the evacuation zone who becomes injured. He has advanced first‑aid supplies, triage experience, and will be available by phone through the night. He also has a 4WD truck with a winch and a boat if needed.

With the Muskegon River expected to reach record levels this week, many Croton and Hardy neighbors are working hard to secure their homes and property before the crest. Even if your place is safe, the prep can still feel overwhelming — and we want to support our community however we can.

Ace It Services is fully licensed and insured, and we have a local operator, Miah, available for safe, non‑emergency assistance during this high‑water period.

He can help with:
• Bringing outdoor items inside
• Moving belongings to higher ground
• Securing furniture, grills, and loose items
