This one was a fun one.

Lake properties get some of the worst organic growth because of constant moisture and shade. These walkways and stairs were almost black before we cleaned them.

Now the whole property looks brighter, cleaner, and safer to walk on.

Pressure washing is one of the fastest ways to completely change how a property looks.

We were truly honored to be trusted with the Perot Quadrangle at St. Mark’s Catholic School — one of the most prestigious campuses in Texas.

After another crew’s lift leaked hydraulic fluid across the entire quad, we stepped in to restore its beauty. To maintain a uniform appearance, we cleaned the full surface, and the results exceeded expectations: nearly 80% of the staining lifted (with industry standards always set at 50–90%).

The property manager was not only relieved but pleasantly surprised at the transformation. Projects like this remind us why we take such pride in our work — preserving the legacy of campuses and communities that shape Texas’ future.

🌟 WOW! What a transformation! 🌟
We recently worked with the new owner of Main St Café on Denton Highway 377 to tackle years of oil and grease stains caused by neglected grease traps.

When it comes to baked-in grease and oil on porous surfaces like concrete, I always set realistic expectations of 50-80% stain removal, as 100% is rarely achievable. That said, I am proud to say we surpassed expectations!

🚿 Results:

Approximately 75% stain removal at the dumpster area
Close to 90% stain removal along the back alleyway
Freshened up all stone pillars, as well as the wraparound sidewalk and entranceway
The owner was extremely pleased with the results and we even discussed future projects to enhance the café’s curb appeal.

💪 Final Thoughts:
This was a challenging but incredibly rewarding job. We successfully addressed the owner's pain points while staying within the agreed-upon budget. Excited to see the new chapter for Main St Café.
