We want to graciously thank all of our customers, friends and families who have supported our family business over these last 3 years. As many of you know, Dustin (Owner), started having some pretty serious medical issues last summer that led to a diagnosis of a rare life altering disease. While he was able to slowly get back to working and serving our customers for the past year, it has taken a toll on his health and becoming increasingly challenging to continue to provide the level of service we want to maintain for our company.
Over the past several months we have been in talks with local, small HVAC businesses with comparable structures and pricing in NWI, about taking over our company. We wanted to find companies that will not overprice equipment, provide similar packages and have excellent reviews over all, and most importantly aren’t owned by a large corporation or conglomerate as the majority of HVAC companies in NWI are now. We looked on the community social media pages for companies that were recommended just as much as ours and had similar positive recommendations.
That search has led to today where we announce that Ewing Mechanical is now a part of All American HVAC out of Crown Point, Indiana. Please know we that we put a lot of care and consideration into this decision, to ensure that our current customers and their family/friends would have their warranties continued and receive the same level of service we provide. We have spent a lot of time discussing this transition with Rick, owner of All American HVAC, and we feel very confident that we’ve made the right choice in trusting him with the customers we care so much about.
We ask that all of our customers, friends and family who supported us, constantly recommended us and trusted up with their home comfort over the last three years now support Rick and All American to help him further grow his company and continue to provide that same level of support.
