We are getting busy already and looking for new members of the team:

• Experienced carpenters.
Pay depending on experience typically around
$28–$35/hr. Must have deck building experience. Looking for someone who can run a crew, handle full builds (framing, decking, rails, stairs), and manage jobs from start to finish. Experience with composite decking (Trex, TimberTech, etc.) preferred. Must have basic hand tools and valid drivers license. Company vehicle provided, excellent benefits after 90 days.

Shop/HQ is in Crystal Lake. Work is located around the Chicagoland area.

Monday one of our crews went above and beyond and we want to take a moment to thank them for their efforts.

While demolishing a deck in Kildeer, David and Adam noticed an elderly neighbor struggle and fall into their backyard pond.

Their quick actions to go help and call 911 may have saved this man's life.

The chief of the Kildeer Police even called to give them a special thank you for their efforts.

Thank you again David and Adam!

The entire team at Craiger Custom Design want to extend a heartfelt congratulations to Dean MacMorris for being named "Person of the Year" at tonight's ILandscape: The Illinois Landscape Show awards ceremony.

We've known Dean a long time, and couldn't think of a more deserved award. We were glad to be there to honor him tonight and catch up with him and so many other friends, old and new.
