6 pounds of shredded cheese headed to the freeze dryer. In addition to candies and fruit and vegetable snacks we offer, we also freeze dry soups and “regular” foods. But this one is a Grandma CJ project……Bev plans to make homemade Mac and cheese cups for the kids. Will let you know how it goes.

Can’t believe it’s that time again already! The babies are growing. Trays of tomatoes to go in the 5gallon buckets and LOTS of romaine and buttercrunch lettuce plants. (No it’s not too early…..they like it cool)! You’ll probably have to cover sometimes.
