We don’t only construct things out of wood, I stripped the inside of the neck of this gooseneck trailer and replaced the rusty steel with nice shiny new sheeting, primed and painted it. This customer had already replaced the floor, she should be ready for several years of trouble free service now!

Pay attention to your contractors and make sure they are properly installing items based on their intended purpose, this building had excessive water intrusion. Fortunately for this customer I was able to loosen the sheeting and spring the rat rail out into its proper location and slip a 2” sheet of trim behind it down to the ledge to prevent the water from having access to get in.

Washing machine drain was overflowing instead of draining… turns out there was a good length of old steel pipe that was not only undersized for the new washing machine’s needs, it also had growth inside it further restricting the flow, we replaced with 2in PVC to mitigate the issues this customer was experiencing. Super fun to work on old houses until you have to crawl through an 18x24” tunnel whittled out by hand because the floor joists are 6” off the dirt! No after pictures on this one I was a bit dirty when I came back out from under there.

Odds and ends for a good friend on his shop. Added the tin overhead, and boxed in the top plates, small concrete pads for the AC and air compressor, water line ran and bathroom assembled. AC hung as well.
