AIR CONDITIONING!!!!!

Do I have your attention? Look, I know it is cool today, but we know darn well it will be hot this summer.

If you have an AC that is struggling, needs service, or maybe you don't have anything but one of those units that you feel is going to take off through your window opening!!

We can help. See, I have lived without air conditioning, and it wasn't fun. My girlfriend left me, my wife divorced me, and my pets ran away. I think my dad even called me and told me I was adopted. It WAS THAT BAD!!!
Don't be like me. Stay cool this summer with a professionally designed and installed system from Seaton Heating & AC!!

One of the biggest mistakes homeowners make when buying a new HVAC system is focusing almost entirely on the brand name.

“What’s the best brand?”
“What brand lasts the longest?”
“What does my neighbor have?”

After more than 30 years in HVAC, I can tell you this:

Proper sizing and ductwork design matter FAR more than the logo on the equipment.

You can install the most expensive, top-of-the-line system on the market, but if the ductwork is undersized, airflow is poor, or the equipment is improperly matched to the home, it will never perform the way it should.

I see it all the time. Systems that are oversized and short cycle. Systems that are undersized and run nonstop. High-efficiency equipment connected to restrictive ductwork that can barely move air. Upstairs rooms that never cool properly because nobody addressed airflow problems.

Then the homeowner gets frustrated and blames the equipment brand.

The reality is the system was never designed correctly to begin with.

Every home is different. Window placement matters. Insulation matters. Sun exposure matters. Ceiling height matters. Duct layout matters. You cannot properly size equipment by guessing or by simply replacing the old unit with the same size.

Ductwork is especially important because your HVAC system is really just a giant air-moving machine. If the air cannot move properly through the home, comfort and efficiency both suffer.

That’s why airflow testing, duct assessment, and proper system sizing are critical during an install.

A properly designed system will:
• Heat and cool more evenly
• Run quieter
• Last longer
• Use less energy
• Feel more comfortable throughout the home

At Seaton Heating & AC, I focus on building systems that actually perform correctly for the house they are going into — not just swapping equipment and hoping for the best.

The name on the box matters far less than the quality of the design and installation behind it.

This Memorial Day weekend, we pause to remember the men and women who gave everything for this country.

Because of their sacrifice, we get to live free, raise our families, run our businesses, and enjoy weekends like this one. Freedom was paid for by people who never made it home.

From all of us at Seaton Heating & AC, thank you to the fallen heroes and the families who carry that loss forever. We will never forget.

Go from this…
Trying to survive another hot Central Oregon night with every window open, fans blowing everywhere, everybody in the house irritated, and nobody sleeping worth a darn.
…to this.
Walking into a cool house after a long hot day feeling like Kramer in this picture. Just completely relaxed because the A/C is doing its job and life is good again.
At Seaton Heating & AC, we know adding air conditioning or replacing a system is a big decision. We’re a local family-owned company, and we try to treat people the way we’d want our own family treated. No high-pressure sales pitch, no corporate games, and no sending out five different people just to talk you into something you don’t need.

Just honest work, fair conversations, and years of real experience installing and servicing systems here in Central Oregon.
We work hard, we answer the phone, and we stand behind what we do.

And honestly, there’s nothing better than hearing from customers after the first hot day of summer when they tell us how nice it was walking into a cool house. That’s the Kramer moment right there.

Most people spend WAY too much time obsessing over the brand name on the equipment… and not nearly enough time picking the right HVAC contractor.

Truth is, even the best equipment on the market can perform terribly if it’s installed wrong.

Oversized systems.
Undersized ductwork.
Poor airflow.
Bad refrigerant charge.
Cheap shortcuts hidden behind shiny equipment.

I’ve seen “top tier” systems fail early simply because the installation was garbage.

Meanwhile, I’ve also seen properly installed basic equipment run like a champ for YEARS.

A good HVAC contractor looks at the whole picture:
✔ Proper sizing
✔ Airflow and duct design
✔ Drainage and venting
✔ Refrigerant setup and commissioning
✔ Long-term serviceability

The equipment matters… but the person installing it matters MORE.

Don’t buy based on a TV commercial or a fancy sticker on the outdoor unit.

Buy based on reputation.
Buy based on craftsmanship.
Buy based on whether the contractor actually cares about the final product after they cash the check.

At Seaton Heating & AC, we take pride in doing the job correctly the first time — because comfort systems aren’t cheap, and customers deserve better than rushed installs and sales gimmicks.

Small local company.
No private equity.
No corporate nonsense.
Just honest work done right here in Central Oregon.
