A little note about Wood Tick Haven: several years ago we tilled up and planted about a quarter acre into a pollinator garden. Two months ago we added 10 trees to add to the support of pollinators and for nuts and berries in the future
We spent today adding more perennials to the garden. We also built a small grow pen for some hostas so they can grow without the local herbivores snacking on them.
