You’ve heard of that little ⛳ golf tournament ⛳ in Augusta, GA right?! Well my client just snagged one heck of a deal on a great rental close to the course... so when he’s rolling in a pile of rental money next spring, I’ve asked him not to forget me. 😜

You know the song “Hard Fought Hallelujah”? Well, that’s the appropriate theme song here! We had a flaky first contract that fell through and sometimes that makes the second one a little tougher to come by, because people *always* think it’s the house when it’s *usually* the buyer! This stunner of a home is through due diligence and on its way to closing... buyers and sellers are both happy this go round... and so are the agents!

Pro Tip: if you’re house hunting and see a home that’s been under contract, do not assume something is wrong with the house. You’d be surprised to know how many times that is NOT the case!

The sweetest closing happened today! This one was extra special because Jason’s brother was a dear friend of mine.
