Some Experience is helpful but not necessary- we provide on the job training and weekly class training.

- Hospitals
- Multifamily remodel
- Several Municipalities
We treat our technicians as professionals, we don't baby sit.
Lead Installation Technician with the following duties below.
Multifamily/ light commercial HVAC:
Replace a furnace and or air conditioner in a timely fashion and have it look plumb, level, and work as designed by the manufacturer.
Able to make a sheet metal transition in the field and have it look great.
Install ductwork, i.e., trunk duct, take offs, branch ducts, return drops & boot.
Installation and replacement of thermostats, - basic - touch screen type with WIFI type etc
Run new refrigerant circuits in a clean neat manor
Replacement and new installations of heat-pump systems.
Retrofit gas piping.
Some boiler replacement and repair service.
Some geothermal replacement and repair service.
Install new high / low voltage circuits.
We do a lot of multifamily replacement jobs that require a certain amount of work be completed per day to meet schedule.
Commercial Industrial HVAC:
Installation of spiral pipe, insulated rectangle duct, make offsets and small fittings in field.
Set Rooftop HVAC units with a Crane. Stay organized and ahead of schedule- THINK AHEAD.
Many of these jobs are prevailing wage $55 - $72 per hour for lead Installer
Must be able to lift 100 lbs.
Must be able to handle Strenuous working conditions in the Hot and Cold weather.
Must have a clean driver's license and pass a background check.
