I'm so excited! We are now in Florida!! We should be back there in a week or so. My dad passed away on Tuesday evening and we will gather on March 5th to celebrate his life. He was amazing!!

Did you know a single tree produces approximately 260 pounds of oxygen per year. That means that two mature trees can give enough oxygen a year to support a family of four!

Our Minnesota Ash trees are in danger from the EAB. Ash trees are used to make furniture and baseball bats.

Tree Care Tip: Topping your trees is very unhealthy for the tree and renders the tree hazardous. Weak branches and unions sprout from the topping and pests will have a way in. Storm season is approching soon. To protect your yard and your family, do a quick check of the trees in your yard especially if they are close to play areas and structures. Most people don't think about it until it is to late. Now is the time to call a professional if you see any of the signs or symptoms in your trees. * Check for dead or partially attached limbs, or if you see one hung up in the branches, any one of these could fall and cause injury or damage.
* Check for peeling bark or gaping wounds in the trunk of your trees, this may indicate structural weakness.
*Check for mushrooms growing out of the bark, hollowed or decayed areas on the trunk or main limbs. Your tree may be dying from the inside and is becoming weak.
