The Cousins Clean LLC is running a holiday special for November and December deep cleans. 15% off for the rest of the year! We do deep cleans, regularly scheduled cleans (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, ect) office space, vacation rentals (not discounted), summer homes, and light organizing. We have references in town, we are licensed and insured. Pricing list before discounts (estimated before variables and tax)
Vacation rental - $80-$150 depending on size
Deep Clean under 1000 sq ft - $250
Deep clean under 2500 sq ft - $350
Deep clean over 3000 sq ft - $500
Includes bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, polish wood, walls, ceiling fans, dusting and appliance clean.
We do not clean behind any closed doors! You choose what you want cleaned in our questionnaire and we adjust price accordingly.
