Located high on a bluff overlooking Cutchogue Harbor and Robins Island on Nassau Point, the Breeze Hill was renovated from an eighty-year old summer cottage. The interior layout was completely changed as well. A small storage building adjacent to the boat slip has been renovated as a “boat house” and lounge.

Located on the east side of Nassau Point facing Little Peconic Bay, Wapalawikwan consists of a residence and a separate pool & guest house surrounded by a stone wall.. The pool house includes a sitting room with a kitchenette, a bathroom and a space for guests. A trellis on the south side of the building screens the sun from a portion of the bluestone terrace. The one-and-one-half story living room is framed with Douglas fir timber post and beam framing. Large windows and French doors flood the space with daylight all day long. The stair to the second floor is located in a small ‘tower element’ on the front of the house, and is open to the living room. The fireplace is open through to the dining room and kitchen beyond. The casual dining room is open to the kitchen and the screened porch behind.

At the end of a long tree lined drive, The Residence, Sandyfeet, fronts on Cutchogue Harbor in New Suffolk. Built for a couple seeking to establish a retreat for their extended family, the house contains six bedroom suites and a large media room over the garage. The two-story “Garden Room” abuts the kitchen and is the perfect place to view the extensive English style garden. Located on the south-western corner of the house, the room gets good sunlight all day long. The front entry hall is completely paneled with Douglas fir, which matches the timber frame and the floors, creating a warm and welcoming first impression. The two-story living room is framed with heavy timbers, and features a large fieldstone fireplace. The large country kitchen is central to the floor plan, and contains ample space for the owners’ extensive collection on antique kitchen implements.
