As we share our final for Pinecrest Glades Academy Phase IV, we want to thank everyone who helped make this project a success. Link Construction Group was proud to return to campus to deliver this 43,143 SF, three-story tilt-up concrete facility featuring a new gymnasium, performance space, robotics and gaming labs, art and music studios, and collaborative learning environments designed to support student growth for years to come.

We are grateful to Pinecrest Glades Academy, Academica, The CM Team, and Civica Architecture for their continued trust, partnership, and teamwork throughout this project. Having previously completed Phase III, it has been an honor to continue contributing to the school’s growth and success. Most importantly, seeing students and faculty enjoying these new spaces has made this project especially rewarding for our entire team. Located in the heart of Miami’s Brickell neighborhood, Mater Brickell Academy Charter Middle / High School opened in 2022 and has been providing a unique college preparatory curriculum to students from Miami’s downtown core. The school’s academic offerings are focused on STEM, Entrepreneurship and Tech career pathways, and its educational partners include organizations such as Apple, Project Lead the Way, VEX Robotics, Google, and many others.

CIVICA is proud of our involvement in a project that continues to transform the academic lives of its students and represents the first significant public school facility built in the urban core in several decades. Congratulations to Mater Academy for the perseverance and unwavering focus necessary to realize this great accomplishment. Go Bulls!
