Looking to sub contract out the majority of the rehab to one crew. Year round work. 1099, pay on completion.

Need to assemble a 1-3 man crew for rehabbing houses. Experience mandatory . Not necessarily with rehab but the trades within. Flooring, drywall, demo, paint, carpentry, electrical etc. looking for a crew that can handle the entire scope interior and exterior

Not interested in building a crew for you, looking to hire a crew or and outfit that’s able to deliver on quality, time frames and self sufficient people, looking for highly driven, highly motivated people only.if you’re style is do the minimums this isn’t the right fit for either of us.

-Will pay referral fees to anyone that links us up with someone we hire. $250 referral fee🤑🤑

-Need 2 relevant references To be considered

-Must have vehicle

-must have your own tools

Must have vehicle, tools, one year experience in construction or renovation work. Two references. Can pass drug test.

Pay based on experience. Upon hire, further compensation will based on a performance review after 30 days.

We will pay well for the right person. Looking for a long term fill.

Willing to train and teach a highly driven and motivated individual with less experience.
