One of the leader’s at Lone Star Air Systems being recognized by the Greater Houston Builders Association. We appreciate the recognition and is a reflection of the entire Lone Star Air Systems team.
Happy Spotlight to .denny! Denny Patterson, vice president of , has been a member of the GHBA throughout his career for over 20 years. In his role as VP at Lone Star Air Systems, he is responsible for all aspects of running the business. “We have a great team at Lone Star and great builder partners,” said Denny. “I’m proud to represent the company at the GHBA and other HVAC-related associations.”
Denny has committed hundreds of hours to a variety of GHBA councils, committees, and events over the years. They include: Membership and Ambassador – Served as the Ambassador Chair 2010 and Membership Chair 2011; Associates Council including serving on the Associates Council Board, Associates Council ladder, and serving as the Associates Council President in 2012; GHBA Strategic Planning Committee; Green Building Committee; Associates Vice President for GHBA Board 2013; Volume Builders Committee – 2011 to present; Served on the GHBA Board multiple times; Served on GHBA Executive Board multiple times; GHBA By-Laws Committee; Rally Day Team Leader; Leadership Development Committee; Education Committee and Government Affairs.
Events he has contributed to over the years include: Serving on the Associates Council Wild Game and BBQ Committee, and Chairman from 2010-2021; various HomeAid Houston and Operation Finally Home Projects, Rally Day Team Leader, Workforce Committee teaching HVAC at inner city Houston Schools.
Denny was recognized for his contributions to the GHBA by being presented Presidential Citations in 2010 and 2013, and the Bud Inscho – Associate of the Year Award.
“Being a member of GHBA and getting involved, has been very important to me personally and professionally,” said Denny. “We were able to double our annual sales based solely on sponsorship and involvement with the GHBA in a two-year period of time. My personal experience is, you get out what you invest into the GHBA, meaning serving at the GHBA is stewardship – managing my time, talents, and resources to benefit those around me. I’ve been blessed to meet and serve with amazing people at the GHBA developing amazing friendships.”
