Final week of finishing touches on the luxury duplexes in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. These brand-new 3 bedroom, 2 bath units are coming together exactly how we envisioned them — modern finishes, spacious layouts, and built for comfortable coastal living.

Zealous Homes Luxury Duplexes are in the final stretch. Power is on, appliances are installed, and the AC is up and running. Interior finishes are coming together, and we’re wrapping up the final details over the next couple of weeks. These units are really starting to shine and won’t last long once complete. Progress is moving along well. The county has installed the water and sewer services, and we’re making good headway inside. We had a short delay on sheetrock due to completing the sealed concrete floors, but drywall installation is now underway and crews are actively working on it. The project continues to come together.
