Busy Saturday in the shop.

Flattening the walnut slab for the sofa table.

Working on 3 custom cutting boards.

Applying marine varnish to some of the co****le board parts.

Got the walnut slab cut down to size and filled some knot holes with clear epoxy.

Once this cures I can start flattening the slab before LOTS of sanding.

The slab is just sitting on the legs for mock up, for now. Ya I know, I didn't center the legs for these pics 😉

Got the iDry Restoration coffee table done yesterday, just need to let the finish cure for a few days, and then ready for pick up.

Dropped off the white oak live edge slab fireplace mantle, after adding a backsplash upgrade to a 1st time customer this AM.

I think it looks great.

More progress on a few projects.

- Got the initial base finish on the iDry Restoration coffee table top. Need to let this cure for about 5 days before I add the final ceramic coat finish.

- We decided to put a back plate on the fireplace mantle. Fitted the plate to the back, now will need to sand it all back down, attach the back plate and refinish.

Happy Mother's Day to all the Moms out there.

A bit more progress on the iDry Restoration coffee table. Got the legs delivered and installed, sanding done and now just touch ups on the epoxy polishing and the finish coats.
