We had a debut of the newest 30 + BEAUTIFUL varieties of plants to the greenhouse tonight and it was a total success! I am excited to announce that Homegrown Rares & Tropics is hiring a full time packing/shipping team! We have been a tiny business founded in Dahlonega in 2025, and have undergone a huge expansion opportunity that allows for roughly 3-5 full time employees. Positions will be well compensated with opportunity for growth in these high volume, detail oriented, plant & plant community centered positions.

Job positions available:

*packing & shipping/customer service (multiple positions available for packing and shipping)

*On camera sales person/show assistant(s) (not always on camera)

*handyman/heavy lifter/ packer & shipper.

If interested, please DM me with resume and tell me about yourself! I will disclose payment after speaking with you and assessing your skills. We are a very small company so pay WILL increase as volume in sales increases (it’s going to increase FAST).

This job location is on the line of white co. & lumpkin, between Big Creek Distillary and Kaya vineyards. Job hours vary as I will be running sales almost every day!

Please either be willing to learn about plants and to eventually be able to identify them. As long as you are detail oriented, focused, and responsible, I’m willing to give you a chance. Comment or shoot me a message to get the process started! I can begin training new hires as soon as Wednesday!
