The Rockstar Room 💥
📍Elm Street, Downtown Dallas

Where rebellion meets refinement.

This toilet room was designed to glow—literally.

We used pink phosphorescent paint on the mirror to create a luminous, graffiti-style art moment that charges the space with energy day or night. By day, it reads as a sculptural statement. By night, it transforms into an immersive neon halo—turning a simple powder room into a cinematic experience.

Wrapped in travertine stone walls, the space feels grounded, earthy, and undeniably luxurious—creating the perfect contrast to the rebellious art layer. The balance of raw stone and glowing expression was intentional: rustic stability meets regency-glam attitude.

Finished with luxury plumbing fixtures from Ferguson Home, every detail was curated to feel elevated, tactile, and couture—proof that even the smallest rooms deserve big design moments.

This isn’t just a toilet room.
It’s an installation.
It’s a mood.
It’s a signature.

Neon, But Make It Luxury. ✨✨✨

This wasn’t about adding color for drama—it was about engineering mood.

Throughout this downtown Dallas condo, neon lighting was intentionally layered to transform the space from day to night, calm to electric, grounded to immersive. Soft glows trace architectural lines. Saturated hues wash over stone, wood, and glass. Every light source was positioned to activate emotion, not overpower it.

In the kitchen and living spaces, neon accents energize social moments.
In the principal suite, they soften into intimacy—wrapping the room in a cinematic glow.
Even the toilet room (water closet) becomes an experience, where light becomes art and architecture becomes atmosphere.

Neon here isn’t loud.
It’s curated. Controlled. Emotional.

This is what happens when lighting is treated as a material, not an afterthought.
