This project began as a 1,500 sq. ft. prefab home with one goal: to prove that luxury isn’t defined by how a home starts—it’s defined by thoughtful design, craftsmanship, and vision.
Instead of tearing it down and starting over, we asked a different question:
What if we simply built onto what was already there?
By adding 1,500 square feet, this home has been transformed into a 3,000 sq. ft. custom residence—designed to be the perfect forever home for a family of five.
Over the past several months, we completely reimagined the property with:
• A dramatic vaulted entry with exposed wood beams
• Floor-to-ceiling steel-framed glass
• Warm ivory stucco and natural limestone
• Custom lighting and layered architectural details
• Luxury landscaping and integrated exterior lighting
• Spaces designed to enhance both everyday living and long-term value
This isn’t just a renovation.
It’s a complete redefinition of what a prefab home can become.
