A: We provide a custom design plant BEFORE installation. You approve everything first!

Q: "What if plants die"?
A: Bloom Box has plant replacement packages or on call basis to replace plants.

Q: "Do I need to water them"?
A: Our self-watering planters use a digital drip irrigation system set up by Bloom Box to maximize the right amount of water to your plants.

Q: "Can I cancel anytime"?
A: Yes! No long-term contracts. Most customers will stay for years because it's so easy (as seen in another successful long ran windowbox business in OH)

Q: "What areas do you serve"?
A: DFW Metroplex + 60-mile radius. Some exceptions such as Waco, TX exist on our map!
