Previously located at 1909 Preston Road, this revamped location offers:

- Two drive-thru lanes for quicker service
- Expanded dining area with 102 indoor seats to accommodate more guests
- The latest playroom area for the little ones
- A higher-capacity kitchen to meet demand

It’s been a rewarding working with the community to bring this new location to life. From planning and construction to the grand opening last week, we’re grateful to be part of every step in creating this welcoming space in Addison. With a modern design, dual drive-thru lanes, and a spacious dining area, we’re grateful to design a building for guest to enjoy the Chick-fil-A experience they love.

Exciting developments are underway for the new AC Hotel in Folsom, California! This 5-story, 138-room hotel spans 85,473 sqft and will offer a range of amenities, including a stylish lobby, lounge, breakfast area, bar, meeting spaces, fitness center, and business facilities.

We’ve just reached a major milestone:
- Completed the first concrete pour for the elevator pit and shear wall footings
- Deep underground plumbing inspected and backfilled

Stay tuned as this project takes shape, enhancing the Folsom skyline and elevating hospitality.

1. Schematic Design: We start with creative brainstorming to develop preliminary concepts, focusing on layouts and spatial planning.

2. Design Development: Following approval, we refine these ideas, detailing materials, structural systems, and building components.

3. Construction Documents: We produce detailed drawings and specifications that act as the project's legal blueprint, guiding contractors and serving as the basis for permits and bids.

4. Permitting: We secure all necessary local and state permits, ensuring compliance with zoning and building codes.

5. Construction Phase: Physical construction begins, with assistance from our architects, to ensure adherence to plans and address any challenges.

On this we’d like to spotlight the opening of the TownePlace Suites Rancho Cordova, CA project from last year—a milestone that marked our entry into the Californian hotel scene!

Situated in the vibrant community of Rancho Cordova, this 4-story, wood-frame construction emphasizes the focused integration of innovative solutions and community-focused features. Spanning a significant footprint, this project was born out of a profound collaboration between our team, our client, and a wide range of consultants, all coming together to create something truly special.

The TownePlace Suites stands as a welcoming place for travelers and a demonstration of sustainable, community-enhancing development. It's the fusion of practical elements that work together with a commitment to aesthetics and comfort that makes it so remarkable. With features like an underground storm sewer "Stormtech" chamber system, the incorporation of a lightning protection system, and accessible public transportation, it is a true testament to forward-thinking.

The project's unique finish palette, thoughtful material selection, and strategic arrangement of spaces were all carefully considered to elevate the guest experience. This reflects the building's aim to blend into its surroundings while standing out as a beacon of innovation and quality in hotel construction.
