The Enclave is being developed as the residential component of a master planned community development just north of Nashville, TN in Mt Juliet. The design creates a three hundred (300) Unit rental community with both surface parking and attached garages. The heart of the community is a ten thousand (10,000) square foot leasing, fitness and clubhouse center for the community connected both visually and physically to the outdoor pool and recreation area.
