POV: You don’t always need drawers on drawers on drawers.

For this guest bathroom vanity, we wanted something that felt a little more custom and collected, so we added open cubbies on one side instead of repeating the same cabinet layout all the way across. We styled them with rolled towels, but baskets would also be beautiful here. It adds a little asymmetry and breaks up the typical vanity look in the best way.

Since this is a guest bath, we didn’t need a ton of storage anyway because we already incorporated stacked drawers on the right side.

We’re especially loving the white oak cabinetry stained in Minwax Classic Gray paired with warm whites and unlacquered brass accents. The overall look feels soft, warm, and timeless while still staying functional.

One of my favorite details in this bathroom is the fabric inlay we used throughout the vanity and tower. It adds just enough texture and softness without competing with the warm wood tones.

We paired it with a subtle wallpaper that almost reads like paint, layered lighting for a cozy glow, and an illuminated toe kick that gives the vanity a floating effect at night. It’s quiet, warm, and full of texture in all the best ways.

Sometimes the hardest part for clients is seeing the vision before the work begins.

This wall started as a big blank box with a TV mount and a lot of potential. What we saw was floor-to-ceiling stone, arched built-ins, warm layered textures, soft lighting, and a space designed for real living.

One of my favorite parts of the design process is taking something unfinished and helping clients visualize what it could become before the first piece is installed.

Design isn’t just selecting pretty finishes. It’s training your eye to see possibility where most people only see drywall.

Swipe to see the before, the vision, and the finished space. 🤍
