My main goal is simple: I want to provide the freshest possible greens to my customers. Giving them the most premium Microgreens and lettu

ces. You're probably wondering, why does all this really matter? Well, it comes down to two things taste and freshness. My methods of growing include computer controlled PH, and computer controlled pumps. This allows me to change the different macro and micro nutrients available simply by changing the ph from a 6 to a 6.2 and then the next night a 5.8. This allows the plant to absorb the full spectrum of nutrients available resulting in a far superior product. The pump automation allows me to grow lettuce and basil in the air. This is how NASA grows plants..without getting into too many details it's simply better than soil. I also pick everything to order.

I use cinderblocks to add weight to the seeds. This mimics having dirt compacted over the seeds. What happens is the roots will then dig downward instead of some going sideways and not rooting themselves which in turn will cause mold and disease!
