This is from an exterior paint project for a residence in the Lake Highlands area.

Client wanted to bring their wood shingles siding back to life so we gave them a fresh coat of paint using an airless sprayer. These wood shingles siding can receive alot of damage from the sunlight and can appear burnt and colorless if not treated from time to time.

For a more natural look to the wood, these wood shingles can also be treated with stain sealers to bring out more of the natural color of the wood.

Hello DFW Metroplex homeowners, here we have an exterior paint project in Flower Mound, TX that we completed in 2 days.

This homeowner wanted the exterior of the home painted along with some fascia and box ends replaced.

Any exterior projects should begin with a power wash of the home on the areas that will be painted. After the power wash, any wood replacement should be completed along with any caulking and priming of the new and old wood. Finally, cover any spot where a shield won’t fit and get to spraying.

Recent commercial project that we completed.

This is a 1,000 linear foot brick wall behind a shopping center in McKinney, TX. If you’re interested to know how to complete a project such as this one well here are steps to take.

First you need to give the wall a nice cleaning with a power wash due to any old dirt stains or moss that has been growing on the surface. A nice power wash will make it easier for the surface to absorb the primer and paint. Next comes a coat of quality primer and then a coat of quality finish paint. Make sure to cover any surfaces where the paint is not needed such as the curbs and sidewalks. Also, make sure to coordinate with businesses to move any vehicles from the parking area while painting so no vehicles get any over spray on them. We completed this project using an airless paint sprayer and back roll technique to make sure the paint got into any creases on the brick wall.
