Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair a variety of products and handyman services, ranging from door installation to tile to drywall
Perform work in accordance with safety best practices
Provide, maintain tools and equipment in safe operating condition
Provide estimates and identify needed repairs
Document repairs and maintain thorough records
Cut, shape, and alter materials as needed
Install doors, cabinets, and windows
Measure and mark materials for alterations
Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
Minimum of 8 years of general carpentry or handyman experience
Must possess a valid driver's license
Strong reading, writing, and speaking skills (in English)
Ability to work with an Ipad or Iphone in the field to understand work scope and get to scheduled jobs, share information with customer and invoice the job
Comfortable using ladders and scaffolding
Demonstrated ability to operate hand, air, and power tools
Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
