Seeking part-time employees for 30 hours a week up to 40 hours if desired. We service all over the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex.
Requirements:
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
The ability to lift up to 100lbs

The ideal person for this job loves working outdoors in all types of weather. They will be a self starter who has the ability to work independently with minimal oversight and guidance. They will handle all matters with integrity and will embrace the concept and requirements of delivering the best service to our customers above all else.
Responsibilities:
Success in this position will be determined by the following measurable results.
- Manage a pool route that includes cleaning pools each week and manage a daily schedule of equipment repair checks/tasks each week
- The ability to keep track of chemicals and replenishing inventory when necessary. Properly administering chemicals in the pools each week.
- Repair of pool pumps, filters, timers, pool cleaners, blowers, lights, automated pool systems, chlorinators, backwash valves, PVC plumbing.
*these are skills that can be taught and part of a pay raise schedule as new skills are mastered.
- The ability to spot opportunities outside of the repair call or weekly cleaning, such as upgrading other equipment or identifying possible problem areas in advance to provide customers with optimal service.

A company truck will be provided during business hours which you will be responsible for keeping clean and stocked with equipment and inventory.
Flexibility:
We ask that you finish your set work for the day/week but your working hours (clock in/out times) are flexible upon approval.
