A Lakeshore Refresh: Classic, Color, and Character.

This home kept its traditional foundation and gained a lot of personality along the way.

In the kitchen, the existing cabinetry got a full refinish, paired with new quartz countertops and a marble backsplash that feels timeless rather than trendy.

The bathrooms carried the same spirit in different directions. The primary bath now centers on a freestanding tub, marble finishes, and a patterned window treatment. The guest bath went bold with a dark green palette and a walk-in shower. A cheerful half bath layers blue paneling with traditional wallpaper. The Jack and Jill bathroom kept its original layout and tub, refreshed with repainted cabinetry, new finishes, updated tile, and wallpaper with a little more personality.

Every room reads differently. The whole house still feels like one home.
