Renovating a hotel isn’t construction. It’s an operations problem.
The first question we ask before we drop a hammer. Where does this property actually make money?
At the Sheraton Downtown Dallas, the ballrooms were the answer. So we built our Active Hotel Action Plan specifically around their needs. The ballrooms stayed open while the renovation moved forward.
A different property might have a different answer. Maybe the bar in Austin. Maybe a rooftop in Miami. Same brand standards apply. Different revenue calculus. Different AHAP.
That’s how we protect brand compliance and the revenue-producing assets at the same time.
