All at once, or over time?
There’s no one right way to approach a home. Some clients want the full vision brought to life in one go. Others prefer to layer it in, room by room, season by season. We work with both, and honestly, both can be incredibly thoughtful when done well.
Take . As a new build, our clients chose to complete the vast majority in Phase I, investing in rooms that get the most use. This made the home instantly livable and comfortable.
Phase II followed with a second nursery for a new baby girl and a more intentional playroom, all completed on a tight timeline with baby arriving any day.
And then… Phase 2.5.
This stair runner wasn’t ready in time for that install, but we moved quickly to bring it to life just days later. A finishing layer that adds impact, continuity, and a little moment of pause between spaces.
Different pace, same goal: a home that works beautifully for how you live now and how you’ll live next.
