Natural White Oak Finish — Creating Cozy, Beautiful Spaces

Finished out this white oak built-in with a natural finish appearance. The surface was fully sanded down to a fresh layer of wood and stained with a custom natural-tone stain to preserve the organic character and beauty of the white oak.

Each nail hole was carefully filled with custom color-matched putty to seamlessly blend with the surrounding wood tones. This eliminates the common issue of mismatched prefilled putty that can distract from and compromise the final finish.

To complete the project, the white oak was tightly caulked where it meets the wall and brick, creating a clean, refined transition that enhances the overall visual flow of the space.
