Jones Baker is a design firm founded in 1998 by JB Jones and William Baker and specializes in food & beverage projects, hospitality, and retail. Jones Baker has designed more than 400 projects ranging in all categories including fast casual limited service concepts , casual dining, fine dining, pubs, lounge bars, taquerias, taco stands, wine bars, country and western dance clubs, high energy dance
clubs, honky tonks, vip lounges, multi-venue entertainment centers, coffee shops, juice bars, and cigar bars. We have done chef driven restaurants, hotel restaurants, airport concessions, resort beach bars, pool bars, drive-thru restaurants, open air ice houses, draft houses, sports bars and many more. We also have done award winning hair salons, blow dry salons, day spas, and med spas. Retail boutiques including menswear, remodels to Neiman Marcus, women's boutiques, a store specializing in high end leather goods, and a bespoke men's clothier. We have designed several Caribbean resorts including lobby, guestrooms, suites, cabanas and villas as well as a steakhouse, Italian restaurant, Indian restaurant, Polynesian restaurant, coffee and juice bar, and a dive shop and mini casino.
