🎄🍪 Reindeer Cookie Balls 🎅🦌✨

Ingredients:
14.3 oz package of chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed into crumbs (36 cookies)
1 cup chopped Rold Gold Classic Chocolate-Dipped Tiny Twists
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
6 oz chocolate candy coating, melted
Additional Rold Gold Classic Chocolate-Dipped Tiny Twists, for antlers
56 eyeball candies
28 red nose sprinkles

Directions:
1. Add chocolate sandwich cookies to a food processor or blender and crush into crumbs.
2. Add the chopped pretzels to the crumbs and stir to combine.
3. Mix together the cream cheese, cookie crumbs, and pretzels until well combined. You should easily be able to form balls.
4. Form balls from the cookie mixture about 1 inch in size. I used about 1 tablespoon of the mixture per ball.
5. Put the balls in the fridge for about 1 hour to firm up a bit.
6. While the balls chill, break the pretzels into halves for the antlers. You’ll want 28 pairs of antlers.
7. Dip the chilled balls into the melted chocolate and set on parchment paper.
8. Quickly add the pretzel antlers to the top of the ball and hold them there for a few seconds until they stay in place.
9. Add the eyes and nose, using a little extra chocolate to attach them, if needed.
10. Store cookie balls in the fridge. Cookie balls should be good for at least 1 week.

🍫🎉 Chocolate Cake Pops 🎉🍫

Ingredients:
1 chocolate cake (9x13-inch size, baked and cooled)
1 cup chocolate frosting
12 ounces chocolate chips
Sprinkles (or chopped nuts, or other desired decorations - optional)

Directions:
1. Crumble the cooled chocolate cake into a large mixing bowl using your hands or a fork, ensuring there are no large chunks remaining.
2. Add the chocolate frosting to the crumbled cake and mix until well combined. The mixture should be moist and able to hold its shape when rolled into balls.
3. Take small portions of the cake mixture and roll them into smooth balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
4. Place the cake balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Insert a lollipop stick into each cake ball, pushing it about halfway through.
6. Place the baking sheet with the cake pops in the refrigerator for about 1 hour to firm up.
7. While the cake pops are chilling, melt the chocolate candy melts or chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir until smooth and fully melted.
8. Remove the cake pops from the refrigerator.
9. Dip each cake pop into the melted chocolate, gently swirling and tapping off any excess chocolate.
10. If desired, decorate the cake pops with sprinkles, chopped nuts, or other decorations while the chocolate is still wet.
11. Stick the cake pops upright into a foam block or a cake pop stand to allow the chocolate to set completely.
12. Alternatively, place the cake pops back on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
13. Repeat the dipping and decorating process with the remaining cake pops.

Ingredients:
3 ounces winter citrus juice
1 ounce lime juice
1 ounce simple syrup
1 1/2 ounces vodka
1/2 ounce Grand Marnier
2 ounces lemon lime soda
sliced blood orange for garnish
sliced tangelo for garnish
sliced grapefruit for garnish
juice of 1 blood orange
juice of 1 tangelo/minneola
juice of ½ a grapefruit

Directions:
1. In a shaker, combine winter citrus juice, lime juice, simple syrup, vodka, and Grand Marnier.
2. Shake well until chilled.
3. Fill a glass with ice and pour the mixture over the ice.

🍷✨ Holiday Sangria ✨🍷

Ingredients:
1 small honeycrisp apple
¾ cup fresh cranberries
2 cinnamon sticks
2 star anise pods (optional)
1 bottle of red wine
1 cup apple cider (juice)
½ cup Cointreau
1 small orange (thinly sliced)
Cinnamon
Turbinado sugar
Ice
Rosemary Sprigs

Directions:
1. To start, thinly slice your apple then cut those slices in half.
2. Place the sliced apples, fresh cranberries, cinnamon sticks, and star anise pods into the bottom of a large pitcher.
3. Next, pour the wine, apple cider, and Cointreau into the pitcher.
4. Gently stir.
5. Tuck the sliced oranges into the pitcher.
6. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for a minimum of 4 hours.

🍫❄️ Chocolate Peppermint Cheesecake 🎄✨

Ingredients:
24 Oreo cookies, filling intact
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
8 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
24 ounces full-fat cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream, at room temperature
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
4 large eggs plus 1 egg yolk, at room temperature
1 teaspoon peppermint extract
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy cream
Crushed candy canes

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 325°F. Prepare a 9-inch springform pan for a water bath. Place a large square of heavy-duty aluminum foil underneath the pan and fold the edges up to create a waterproof seal. Spray the pan with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Make the crust: Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared springform pan.
3. Make the filling: In a large bowl, melt the semisweet chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Add the melted chocolate, heavy cream, cocoa powder, eggs, and peppermint extract, mixing until well combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Ingredients:
6 Little Debbie's Christmas Tree Cakes
1 8 oz Block of Cream Cheese
16 oz Cool Whip
1/4 Cup Milk
1/8 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Red & Green Sprinkles

Directions:
1. Add all ingredients, except sprinkles, to a large mixing bowl.
2. Use a hand mixer to blend until ingredients are well combined.
3. There will be a few lumps from the cakes - this is normal.
4. Place in an airtight container or in a serving bowl with plastic wrap.
5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
6. At serving time, sprinkle on the red and green sprinkles.
7. Serve with cookies.

Ingredients:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon peppermint extract
3 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
Chocolate shavings for garnish (optional)

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
3. Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden. Allow to cool.
4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract, mixing until well combined.

🎄✨ Delicious Copycat Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes! 🎂🎁

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, room temperature
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup buttermilk, room temperature
1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature (for filling)
1 cup Marshmallow fluff
3 cups confectioner's sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract (for filling)
2 1/2 cups white candy melts
3 Tbsp. coconut oil
1/2 cup confectioner's sugar (for red glaze)
1-2 tsp. water (for red glaze)
1 Tbsp. green sugar sprinkles
1-2 drops red food dye

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line two 1/4 cookie sheet pans with parchment paper and lightly grease with non-stick spray.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. In a larger bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
4. Beat in eggs one at a time and then add vanilla.
5. Alternate adding dry ingredients and buttermilk. Do not overmix.
6. Distribute batter evenly in pans and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
7. Let cool for 5 minutes, then cool completely on parchment paper.
8. For the filling, beat butter and Marshmallow fluff until smooth.

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
6 tablespoons butter (melted)
3 packs cream cheese (softened)
½ cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup heavy whipping cream
2 eggs
7 Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes
1 cup white chocolate
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
Green Sprinkles
Red buttercream frosting

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Prepare a 9-inch springform pan by spraying with non-stick spray.
3. Pulse graham crackers to crumbs, mix with melted butter, and form the crust in the pan.
4. Bake for 10 minutes.
5. In a mixer, beat cream cheese until fluffy, then add sugar, flour, and vanilla.
6. Mix in heavy whipping cream and eggs.
7. Pour half the batter over the crust and press the Little Debbie cakes in.
8. Cover with remaining batter.
9. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees, then lower to 200 degrees and bake for an additional 50-53 minutes.
10. Cool and refrigerate overnight.
11. For the topping, heat cream, pour it over white chocolate, and whisk until smooth.
