Agave Plumbing recently completed a sanitary line access improvement project that required excavation, pipe modifications, and concrete restoration.

Our team excavated and exposed the building's main 6-inch sanitary line, removed existing 6-inch by 4-inch risers, and installed new 6-inch combination fittings to provide proper access for system testing. Once the installation was completed, the excavation was backfilled and prepared for final restoration.

To complete the project, the area was properly compacted, new concrete was poured and finished, and the site was cleaned of all debris and excess material.

Agave Plumbing recently completed an underground water line repair at Modern Medicine after a hidden slab leak caused water to surface throughout multiple areas of the suite.

Using leak detection equipment, our team located the source beneath the building slab and excavated the affected area. Multiple leaks were found on a 3/4-inch copper water line, along with an abandoned branch line that was no longer in service.

The damaged pipe was repaired, the abandoned line was capped, and the water system was restored and tested with no additional leaks found. The excavation was then backfilled, reinforced with rebar, and the concrete was restored.

Agave Plumbing recently completed an emergency underground water line repair serving a commercial property behind McAlister's Deli.

After a significant leak was reported on the domestic water system, our team used water testing and compressed air to accurately locate the source beneath the concrete surface. Once identified, crews excavated approximately six feet below grade and uncovered a failed 2-inch fitting on the water line.

The damaged section was removed and replaced with new 2-inch copper pipe and ProPress fittings. Water service was then restored, and the system was tested under normal operating conditions with no leaks observed.

To complete the project, the excavation was properly backfilled, reinforced with rebar, and the concrete surface was restored.

This past weekend Agave Plumbing successfully replaced over 100 feet of 3 and 4 inch galvanized water lines with copper pipe and fittings. The project required shutting off the water to the building and opening the walls on 10 floors. We started the project Friday night and Finished Saturday evening. Water service was restored to the building at 8pm Saturday evening.
The galvanized pipe that was removed had been in service for 40 years. The pipe was very corroded and had multiple small pin holes.

We removed all of the galvanized pipe and replaced it with copper pipe and Viega Pro Press fittings. This substantial improvement to the property was accomplished with tools, and equipment that are assets of Agave Plumbing Inc. The team of skilled pipe fitters that executed the project have been trained in Agave Plumbing and most of them have over 10 years of experience.
