Here the most recent project just completed… customer had a water leak in the bathroom above the kitchen which caused the ceiling to fall through just two week before selling the property. I saved the sale for the customer by demoing the rest of the ceiling, which exposed and extremely bad case of mold. 🤢 Before hanging new drywall I sprayed and killed all the mold. Then after drywall went up I gave it a heavy texture. I also textured all the walls to hide any imperfections on the horse existing hair plaster. Gave it a simple coat of paint and also installed a new lvp flooring in the bathroom above that was also damaged from the leak. Let’s just say this customer was more than happy with the results and was able to finalize the sale of the property!!

This was last months project. It was the unfinished area above the garage. I came in and framed in a bedroom with a closet, a second walk in closet and a full bathroom. Hung and finished the drywall, trim and doors, flooring, and painted to customers choice. They are very happy to add the finished extra square footage to their property and to now have a complete guest area for when family comes to stay.

Here’s a garage that was recently taken care of. First I came and insulated the small areas needed yet and hung the rest of the drywall that the customer had supplied. He just could not get it done on his own. So after hanging I gave the entire garage a full finish to be ready for paint. With garages like this that aren’t climate controlled we can’t insure hair line cracks wont appear in the future but the customer understood and was much happier with it fully finished and has planned to paint come spring now. Another satisfied customer.

Here’s two recently completed patch jobs… both customers had water damaged areas that they were tired of looking at, both had attempted to repair but didn’t turn out like expected. This customer had a back storage room they wanted to turn into their golf simulator room. I framed in the iron beam and the water system, hung and finished the drywall, installed all the trim and door, and finished it up with the paint. They were more than happy with the results! Video is comments is the final look with turf carpet installed!

Been slacking on taking pictures before I get started on projects.. but here’s one i did for a customer who wanted a dividing wall put up and barn door installed (I’ll be returning to install barn doors when they arrive). I also trimmed the two windows in that area. Customer was super happy with how it all turned out. Now they want me to re trim the rest of the windows!

This project was a fun one, nothing better then tearing out 100 year old horsehair plaster.

This customer had a bedroom that needed an extreme facelift. I came through demoed all the walls and ceiling down. Then insulated the exterior wall, followed with some new drywall hung and finished. And wrapped up with a coat of paint on everything. Another happy customer and they are already saving to have me come back to do the same to another bedroom.

Last week I gave this returning customer a little hand getting his bathroom to where he wanted it. I came fixed the vanity wall with all new drywall and finished it ready for him to paint. Also installed all new lvp floor, vanity, mirror, and ligh fixture. Customer was more than happy with the out come.
