4 ways a narcissist treats her husband:

1. Constant criticism
Nothing he does is ever enough. She criticizes how he talks, works, parents, relaxes, and handles life until he starts feeling like a failure in his own home.

2. Emotional control
She uses guilt, silent treatment, mood swings, affection, and rejection to keep him walking on eggshells. Over time, he stops making decisions from peace and starts making decisions to avoid her reaction.

3. Gaslighting and blame
She twists the facts, denies what she said, rewrites what happened, and somehow makes him feel responsible for problems he did not create.

4. Public charm, private cruelty
Around other people, she may seem sweet, supportive, spiritual, or innocent. But behind closed doors, he sees the coldness, manipulation, disrespect, and emotional punishment.

Brother, that kind of toxic marriage slowly drains a man.

He stops speaking honestly.
He stops trusting himself.
He starts apologizing just to keep the peace.
He loses confidence.
He forgets who he was before the relationship.

That is not normal marriage stress.

That is a pattern.

Woke Hakeem Jeffries didn’t hold back on ABC’s This Week.

“We need to fix our broken health care system—especially amid the assault Republicans have launched. That one big ugly bill enacted the largest cut to Medicaid in American history, ripping health care away from millions of people.”

He continued: “That same bill gave the Department of Homeland Security $191 billion, including $75 billion to ICE—so taxpayer dollars could be used to brutalize the American people. We also need to clean up corruption wherever it’s found: in Congress, at the Supreme Court, and certainly within the administration. This is the most corrupt administration in American history.”
