I freaking love this in between season we're in. It still cold and wet, but things are turning. We're still in hibernation mode, but things are moving and stretching their roots! Much like fall, we're on the cusp of change and transitions...into a new seasons, new daily schedules, the new people we're going to be. You can feel it, right?

And being on the cusp of a changing season, for mothers first, we have subscription bouquets this year that will be built entirely from what’s growing right here on the farm. Soft bouquets created by kids, families and volunteers, giving it that just-picked, authentic feel because…it is just picked and authentic. Real and raw and made with love, craft, creativity. Guided by professional flower people, pinky promise.

More details are coming soon. I’m keeping it small and intentional so if you want to be on the first-to-know list, comment here or send me a message.

The tiny women of Seed to Stem Florals.

The heart, soul, and creativity behind our forest.

Our little pieces of art running around with their powerful presence, big and bold feelings, and a deep drive for justice, peace, and love of all kinds.

Happy International Women’s Day from our farm of ladies. We are so proud to be raising the next generation of powerful world changers right here in our forest.

When you purchase flowers from Seed to Stem, you’re supporting more than flowers. You’re supporting a space where kids can create, explore, and feel safe on the land. We are driven to create a space that heals. One where people are able to take a full breath without limits.

We are offering a limited number of Mother’s Day bouquets and seasonal subscriptions that feed directly into our mission. I’ll share more details here next week.

Comment or message if you want to receive email updates and the first chance to sign up for mothers day and subscription bouquets.

Spring beds are starting to stir, and seeds are going in trays. Just a little, but enough to make me excited to have my hands in the soil soon.

Just a little bug in your ear. We will be offering a limited number of Mother’s Day bouquets — pre-order only. Additionally, we are also considering opening a small seasonal flower subscription with 3- and 6-month options for those who want locally grown flowers throughout the season. These would make a great mothers day gift!

Every bouquet and subscription directly supports our work creating safe, creative space for kids and families here on the farm.

If you’d like early access when ordering opens, comment or send me a message and I’ll add you to the email list. And if you know someone who is struggling and need a place to dig and play, send them our way.

We're heartbroken to share that our farmstand was stolen from for the first time. This is a small, family run operation, and every item matters to us. We rely on the honesty and support of our community to keep our stand running, and incidents like this make it incredibly difficult. Please be vigilant if you visit, and let's all look out for one another. Our farmstand is a place built on trust and community, and we hope to keep it that way. We truly appreciate all of the amazing people who have supported us thus far and we are so grateful for all of you.

To the customers who decided to take many items from our stand without leaving a payment, we saw you. We are choosing to think positive, and believe you forgot to pay or needed what you stole. In the future please contact us directly if you need help, as we are more than willing to help if you are in need. If stealing items continues to be a problem, we will be forced to take alternative actions.

We dove into the school year back in September with hopes of resting and hibernating a bit. While that’s come, it’s been quite slow and in spurts, as we've learned it tends to go with parenting seasons of higher-needs kiddos.

But in those little bursts of rest, we've been planning our growing season which feels a lot more delicious this year than it has in the past. Playing with seeds in PJs, a cup of tea, a snacky-poo, and warm slippers? Talk about healing.

If you’ve never tried dreaming of a color-filled rectangle of earth, soil under your nails, and feral children running wild, I highly recommend it.

Anyone else currently planning their growing season? What ya growin?

Yo hi hello. Just wanted to introduce myself.. or give a little peek into who we are for those who don’t know us (or who do and wanna stalk us a little - no judgment).

I’m one thousand percent not interested in being an influencer. I wear second hand clothes, don't wear make-up, forget most everything and am always late. Don't follow me. I mean, follow me, but don't FOLLOW me if you get what i'm saying.. I am simply trying to build community, grow and sell our flowers, and do it all with purpose. We’re committed to create a safe, grounded space for our family and for others.

So, hi. I’m Karen.. the dreamer (to a fault), wannabe flower grower, and the person behind most of these posts. I’m a mom of four wildly different and beautiful humans. I run our farm stand, care for our 40+ chickens (except in the winter when my husband takes care of them because he's sick of hearing how cold I am all the time. Thanks babe.), keeping our wedding venue () semi alive, and do a lot of quiet planning with tea in hand and dirt under my nails

Gabriel is the keeper of calm and the wrangler of my wild ideas (another kitten?). He’s the reason we’re still grounded. The snuggler of us all, the planner and quiet force that makes this whole thing possible. An officiant extraordinaire, and my actual favorite person on the planet.

Hailey is our oldest, now in college like a rude person who loves education more than living with her mother for all of eternity. Kidding, she's actually perfect and successfully not failing college like boss! She's steady, kind, and still our biggest helper when she’s home.

Lilah (Monarch these days) is our wildly (WILDLY) creative high schooler full of ideas, art, animals, and magic. A little feral and completely irreplaceable.

Georgia is our fire. Full of Legos, opinions, and energy. She is the sneakiest little hysterical jokester and the most stubborn child on the planet. The combo is equally delightful and terrifying.

Sebastian is our littlest babe..the chicken chaser, tractor loving, joy bringer. Truly. He’s tender, hysterical, and loves his Dada most of all (I’ve made peace with second place).

Thanks for following along!
