Very thankful to do these projects around my town. My wife and I both grew up here and raising our children here. We go to church here. We buy groceries here. We do everything here. We are fully vested in this town, the people, and go far above and beyond what any other business would do on these projects, I guarantee it! I do this because it ensures things last as long as possible so we all as citizens of this town get the best! Above and beyond, simply cause we care about people and we appreciate the support! No store bought eggs compare to fresh yard eggs. Fresh eggs are laid with a natural antibacterial coating on them to keep them safe. That is how store bought eggs get people sick is they are washed and therefore the natural protectant has been washed away as well leaving room for bacteria to attack. A few hens are cheap and easy to raise. TX passed a law many years ago basically saying everyone can have a few hens even if you live in an hoa they cannot tell you no. Look it up, easy info to find. We have Easter Egger/Americana and White Leghorn. White birds lay the white eggs and the Americana lay green and blue eggs. We average +-10 eggs a day from 16 birds to help give you an idea of how many birds you need for a daily egg average. Get some chickens, grow some food, do these things all together as a family and watch your relationships grow as well! Hope you all have a wonderful Sunday!

Our garden beds are looking really good. Direct sowing seed can be tough sometimes. Seed is so cheap compared to plants it is well worth it even if you have to replant some things. Some years we have to replant a few times to get our beds full. Either too hot, too dry, too cold, too wet, too much wind, but... not this year! Almost everything we planted 2-1/2-2 has sprouted and is doing great. It"s pretty exciting. This bed has Chinese Broccoli, Green beans and a couple yellow squash. Happy Gardening Y'all!🧑🏼‍🌾

Found these little ones cleaning out the flower bed earlier. Found some in September last year and I was reading then that sometimes they will come out in the Fall and sometimes they will overwinter in the ground feeding on their shell until spring. Sweet little things are about 1.5 inches. I have a few really awesome places I am able to release little ones like this where I know there is plenty of food to eat and dense aquatic plants for them to hide in. Give them the best start they can get!

Over the years our older two kids have completed everything necessary to become members of the Catholic Church. Sunday afternoon that became reality and I am so darn proud of them. I wasn't raised in a church, I was raised in a bar and that is no dang place to raise your kids. Being a kid of an addict sucks.. When we starting having children I told myself I will always do absolutely everything in my power to make sure they don't grow up the way I did. Good Lord willing I have made it happen. I have my wife and her parents to thank for showing me what a better way life is like. God is Good! All the Time!🙏🏻

Spring seed is in the soil! All but 2 beds are planted out. Won't be long till fresh food starts coming out of the ground. Many people ask me what we grow... here's a list of seed we planted since February 1st.
Dill. Basil. Cilantro. Bloomsdale spinach. Red cored chantenay carrots. Top crop bush greenbeans. Tendergreen bush greenbeans. Blue lake bush greenbeans. National pickling cucumbers. Mixed leaf lettuce. Chinese broccoli yod fah. Fordhook zucchini. Black beauty zucchini. Early summer crookneck squash. Alice's dream tomatoes. Bushsteak hybrid tomatoes. Micro Tom tomatoes. Orange Hat tomatoes. Pimento peppers. Tam jalapeño peppers. Cubanelle peppers. Giant aconcagua peppers. Jupiter peppers. California wonder bell peppers. Doux D' Espagne peppers. Banana peppers. 90% of these we grow year after year cause they have fed our family well. In about 80-90 days many of these will be done, we will have gotten the food from them, and we will rotate those beds to okra and more peppers for summer.

We inspire our children by honoring real life heros. Real heros are military men and women, police, firefighters, medics, plumbers, teachers, lineman, nurses, electrician, farmers, ranchers, a/c techs.. I know I missed a few but you get the point. These are the people that keep the world turning and the real heros in society. Doing some work for our local fire department so I had to bring our youngest and show him the trucks. Made his day! Every so often I get asked who all I work for?
I work for everyone in and around West Columbia area that wants good electrical service by a local family owned business. It's a whole lot easier to name the few I don't work for which are corporations. Even then I work for a few of them as well.... so if you wonder who we work for, I quite literally work for everyone around here whether commercial or residential and I am very proud of that. I've never asked for anything more than just a chance to prove myself with quality work and my work ethic. 12+ years and we are still running full steam ahead. Thank you!
