I can't even explain what the rot and water damage had done to this house but it's fixed and the owners are very happy! Now they need to find the paint to match that they are pretty sure they have. I didn't take a before picture because it was basically a rotted hole.

This home needed scraped, sanded, washed, painted, with new dryer vent installed! Done in 1 day. Came out pretty darn go...
