[UPDATE 2] Suspect Arrested in Golf Park Drive Homicide

LYNCHBURG, Va. – With the assistance of the U.S. Marshals Service, Londell Thompson, Jr. has been arrested for the Golf Park Drive homicide that occurred in June, 2022.

Londell Henry Thompson, Jr. (22) of Lynchburg, was wanted for the shooting death of Anthony Colden, II on June 1, 2022. Thompson was taken into custody in Augusta, Georgia on May 2, 2023 by the U.S. Marshals Service.

Thompson is currently being held in Georgia, pending extradition to Virginia.
