We offer many member benefits and networking opportunities.

CSBA is a non-profit organization to promote and maintain the professional standards of its members and to educate both members and the public concerning home building and its allied trades. The Central Susquehanna Builders Association is a non-profit organization, which was formed in November of 1966. The purposes for which it is organized are:

promote and maintain the professional standards of

its members, and
to educate its members and the general public concerning home building and its allied trades, and any lawful act allowed by law. The CSBA is the local association for a five county area including Union, Snyder, Northumberland, Columbia and Montour Counties. We are affiliated with the Pennsylvania Builders Association (PBA) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). The Central Susquehanna Builders Association (CSBA) currently serves 216 members, builders and associates, and continues to grow.

The CSBA is holding a gun raffle! Please take a look and if interested reach out to any of our board members or our social media page for tickets!

Tickets are $10/each with 300 tickets total being sold. Drawing will be held when all tickets are sold.
