Here in the Deep South we all worry about damage caused by these freezing cold fronts. These fronts can definitely cause some damage but we are allowed to prepare for them.
Here are some photos of our latest water damage/mitigation job, but this time caused by a leaking shower pan with failed waterproofing underneath the pan. This is a second story shower that caused significant damage to the floor below and to the exterior house siding.
Keep your head on a swivel and call the right mitigation company!

Latest job for a great client. She’s needed impact rated french doors replaced at her Orange house and painted to match the existing.
She also needed a Trex deck built up to her existing paver level and install a couple handrails for the stairs.
Team did a great job and the client was very happy with our work. This is what we what we do! If did a job, then always do it right for you client 💯
